Deer Creek Townhomes

This project consisted of 55 townhomes on a
20-acre
parcel located near C-470 and Kipling. The project is part of a larger master planned multifamily community that integrates townhomes with
condominiums and rental units.

Hampden Town Center
Aurora, Colorado
The Town Center project is located in Aurora and is classified as a transit oriented development (TOD) due to the close proximity to a light rail stop. The project consists of 260 units, some with access to additional ground-floor areas that are zoned for commercial/retail uses to promote the TOD experience. CVL provided the site engineering for this dense, urban community.

Bradbury Ranch Townhomes
Parker, Colorado

CVL provided standard civil engineering and platting
services for this 72-lot townhome project. The
meandering public streets within this subdivision
serve duplex and triplex units. The curved driveways
and steep streets required a variety of living unit and
garage steps to provide the builder with the desired
end product. Many of the walkout units within this
project back onto a natural bottom detention pond
that has matured into a beautiful site feature with
cattails supporting avian life. This feature is an
important aesthetic element to the pedestrian
community.

Redstone Ridge Condominiums
Jefferson County, Colorado

Redstone Ridge was the third and final filing of the Deer Creek complex. This particular site ontained 334 units on 18 acres with garages and carports for parking. CVL personnel provided site design, platting, construction documents and general project management functions.

Dry Creek Village
Arapahoe County, Colorado
CVL provided site engineering and surveying for this 7.6-acre site. The parcel was rezoned from office/retail to allow for multifamily development. The site will include 219 units in nine buildings with a community center and swimming pool. CVL provided coordination and obtained approvals from a number of agencies including: Arapahoe County, Denver Water and Inverness Metro District.

The Highlands at Stonegate
Parker, Colorado

This 47-building, 244-unit community, located at E-470 and Jordan Road, has combined multiple condominium living concepts in a single community. Drive under and detached garage units were designed within the civil engineering construction drawings. Absorbing substantial elevation differential across the site, while maintaining maximum density, was accomplished with minimal use of retaining walls. |
